I have this black shiny skirt which I assume will go flawlessly with my new boots. I'm still thinking though about what to wear for the top, while at the same time trying to avoid the typical style celebrities seem to be pulling off lately. (Typical: a kinda loose plain black, grey or white shirt, a bowtie shirt, etc.) So, rather than going for those elegant looks, I'm thinking of making the seem-to-be formal skirt and shoe a bit more casual, like this:
